Independent remote digital team. MainRoad Digital is operated by a group of regional digital experts who work together to provide websites and practical digital services to local businesses. We operate as an independent remote team and keep client delivery practical, accountable and focused on client ownership.
02
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
03
We do not buy consumer mailing lists. We do not use deceptive methods to obtain contact information.
04
05
We share only what is reasonably needed to run the service, deliver agreed work or meet a valid obligation. The current provider categories include:
Website hosting, DNS, delivery, security, performance analytics and Turnstile form protection.
Google Drive and Google Sheets for form responses, internal records, CRM-style tracking and project files, plus Google Fonts on the website.
Business email, form notifications, delivery information and correspondence.
PayPal or bank transfer through HSBC when arranged. MainRoad does not collect payment-card details through this website.
WordPress.com or another client-approved platform when it is selected for a client project.
Authorized contractors or team specialists who need limited access to complete an agreed service and are expected to protect confidentiality.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business transition. We do not sell personal information.
06
MainRoad serves U.S. local businesses through a remote operating model. Information may be accessed or processed by our Egypt-based team and by service providers in the United States and other locations where they operate. We use reasonable access controls and limit access to what is needed for the work.
07
Our usual retention periods are:
A minimal suppression record, usually the email address or domain, opt-out date and reason, may be retained indefinitely so we do not contact someone again against their wishes.
08
You may ask us to provide access to information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete information we no longer need, object to a use, or stop marketing outreach. Email [email protected] or use our Email choices page.
We may need enough information to verify and complete a request. Deleting ordinary records does not require us to delete the minimal suppression evidence needed to prevent future unwanted outreach. Rights vary by location and some exceptions may apply.
Send email-related complaints to [email protected]. We assign complaints an internal reference and record only what is reasonably needed to investigate and respond. You may omit your name and business details, although the sending address and standard email metadata may still be visible to Titan and MainRoad.
09
The current website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page performance and general usage. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not use cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics and does not track individual visitors across websites.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile processes browser, device, network and security signals needed for that purpose and does not receive the form entries themselves. Cloudflare or the browser may use technically necessary storage or cookies depending on security settings and challenge behavior.
Google Fonts is loaded from Google servers, which may receive ordinary request information such as IP address and browser details. MainRoad does not currently use advertising pixels, personalized advertising cookies or embedded social-media trackers on this website. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
10
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS, restricted account access, protected credentials, security checks and provider-level protections. No online system can promise absolute security. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or other sensitive credentials through the contact form or ordinary email.

MainRoad services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
We may update this policy when our tools, services or obligations change. The date at the top will show the latest version. Material changes will be presented clearly where appropriate.
